Rajesh Kaura
Founder and CEO
Rajesh Kaura ventured into textiles in 1986 and founded Regency India. Prior to that he was engaged in project management in the field engineering and also fund management for over ten years.
He received his M.B.A. from IIM( A) and his Bachelor of Engineering from IIT(Bombay)

Sukanto Banerjee
Chief Operating Officer
Sukanto is responsible for the company’s end to end management of supply chain. He plays a key role in continued development of strategic relationships with suppliers ensuring timely response in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
Before joining Regency, Sukanto was vice president of Corporate Materials for Topaz/Gillete India and was responsible for procuring and managing product inventory for over 15 years. He also was a founding member of several initiatives for the S.Kumars Group and steered these initiatives to successful launches for over three years.

Rahul Kaura

Vice President Operations
Rahul is assists in supply chain management and primarily responsible for strategizing and execution of all operational/capacity expansion for the company. He joined the Regency team in 2005.
Rahul has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bombay University
All marketing and operation functions are supported byJaishankar Sundaram, Deepa Lakshmi Totha and Richa Chatterjee - who collectively have over twenty-five years experience in textiles.
